Thermo Scientific Q Exactive Plus Hybrid Quadrupole-Orbitrap Mass Spectrometer
High-resolution, accurate-mass LC-MS for identification and quantification.
The Q Exactive Plus combines a quadrupole mass filter with an Orbitrap mass analyzer. It measures mass with enough accuracy to determine elemental composition, and enough resolution to separate compounds with nearly identical masses.
This instrument is the laboratory’s most powerful analytical tool. It supports both targeted quantification and untargeted screening, where data are collected on everything in the sample and can be searched again later as new questions arise.
