Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 UHPLC System
High-performance liquid chromatography for non-volatile compounds.
Liquid chromatography separates compounds that cannot be analyzed by gas chromatography, such as polar, large or heat-sensitive molecules. The UltiMate 3000 operates at high pressure with small-particle columns for fast, high-resolution separations.
The system can be used with our fluorescence detector for sensitive targeted methods, or as the front end of the Q Exactive Plus for LC-MS work.
