Eppendorf Mastercycler nexus GSX1
Gradient thermal cycler for PCR and assay optimization.
The Mastercycler nexus GSX1 is a 96-well gradient thermal cycler. Its gradient function applies a range of temperatures across the columns of the block, allowing several annealing temperatures to be tested side by side in a single run.
The nexus runs alongside our other thermal cyclers so that concurrent projects, different protocol requirements and routine maintenance do not interrupt client work.
