UVP DigiDoc-It Imaging System
Gel documentation for agarose and protein gels.
The DigiDoc-It is a darkroom gel documentation system combining a UV transilluminator with a digital camera. It captures images of stained agarose and polyacrylamide gels for analysis and project records.
Gel images give a quick, visual confirmation that PCR reactions produced a single product of the expected size, and they are included in project reports where appropriate.
