This year marks the twentieth anniversary of Great Midwest Laboratories. What began in 1998 as a small operation focused on basic water and soil chemistry has grown into a multi-disciplinary analytical laboratory serving clients across several industries and research areas.

Over these twenty years, we have steadily expanded our capability — from basic wet chemistry to gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, ion chromatography, high-resolution Orbitrap analysis, and controlled biological studies. Throughout that growth, our core approach has remained the same: understand the client's question, choose appropriate methods, do careful work, and communicate results clearly.

We are grateful to the clients, collaborators, and staff who have contributed to two decades of operation. The laboratory continues to invest in new equipment and expertise, and we look forward to the work ahead.
