The laboratory has been operating with a reduced on-site staff rotation, which has extended turnaround times for some analytical services by approximately 3–5 business days beyond our normal estimates.

We have established a sample quarantine protocol for incoming shipments and deliveries, which adds a short delay before samples enter our normal workflow. This precaution is consistent with recommendations for laboratory operations during the pandemic.

We appreciate the patience and flexibility our clients have shown. As conditions allow, we expect to return to more normal scheduling. In the meantime, please continue to coordinate sample submissions in advance.
